Michael Pelletier brings over 20 years of construction experience to the homebuilding industry. With a combination of his hands on experience and a degree in Psychology, he is able to offer a dynamic approach to managing people as well as build a quality home. During his time in high school and college, Mr. Pelletier gained ground level experience by framing houses and working construction. Through his hard work and discipline, he was able to fund his entire college tuition. After college, Mr. Pelletier further gained experience in managing community associations for numerous Boards of Directors in various communities. In April of 1995, Mr. Pelletier started his Houston homebuilding career as a superintendent of construction and gained valuable experience in managing sub-contractors to build new custom homes. He then joined David Powers a custom home builder in 1997 in which Mr. Pelletier started out as a superintendent and excelled to Vice President of Operations in 2001. He was able to grow with the company who built 300+ homes in 2004. His responsibilities included production, customer service, knowledge of purchasing/estimating, and quality of all homes built. He hired and managed three Vice Presidents of Production, 30+ superintendents and most importantly created and implemented the policies and procedures manual for all construction. Mr. Pelletier further enhanced his knowledge by briefly joining McVaugh Custom Homes in 2006. His breadth and depth of experiences along with his earned respect within the industry have enabled Mr. Pelletier to develop Fairmont Homes into the company it is today.

Vice-President, Steve Powers, is from a 3rd generation homebuilding family.  Powers began working in the homebuilding industry as a field laborer then a framing carpenter while in High School & College. After College Powers worked as a purchasing agent for a high volume production homebuilder in Colorado.  In the mid 1980's Powers started selling new homes & continued to due so for several of the nations top homebuilders in Colorado, Arizona & Nevada.  In 1996 Powers moved to Houston, TX to help start, develop & grow a high end production homebuilding company in the role of Sales & Marketing Manager. Powers is personally responsible for the sale & closing of over 1400 homes & has managed sales staffs responsible for the sale & closing of over 2000 homes. Powers strait forward approach to business & especially customer service is the chief reason for his success. This honest & direct approach to customer interaction makes Powers a perfect fit for Fairmont Homes.
